SYC COMPASS POINTS

Dear SYC membership,

As you know, one of our major goals is to get greater member participation in the club and club activities. Last month the newsletter spoke of the nine committees at the club that members can get involved with. In another effort towards that same goal, the Board has implemented for full members only, a $25 chit or members minimum card called Compass Points which can be redeemed at the Club. The card will be in the form of a punch card where each punch is equal to $1. You can use the card at the Bar, to buy Hats or T-Shirts or to attend Club functions. You still don't want to come in? Well how about a hat or T-Shirt for a friend, Grandson or Daughter for the Holidays or for a Birthday? No change will be returned with Compass Points. If you spend $2.50, it will be equivalent to two punches towards your Compass Points and you must provide the additional fifty cents. Each card must be used within the year and the expiration date printed on the card will show that. Additional revenues generated from this program will be put towards promoting club activities.

So come on down and climb on board! I hope you will share the same excitement about this as we do. It is really about bringing those of you who don't normally come through the doors of your club into your club.That's the other good news. Try it. I'm sure you will want to come back again and again.
